Executive communications · ChangeA new chapter for Best Choice Roofing
When BCR named a new chairman and CEO alongside a new investment partner, employees needed a direct explanation of what had changed and what they could expect next. I connected the leadership narrative to employee communications and prepared messages and questions for leaders to use consistently.
- Aligned leadership announcement, employee cascade and executive interview preparation.
- Built anticipated questions around continuity, priorities and uncertainty.
- Kept the voice grounded in field experience and avoided promises before decisions were made.
